Revitalise your outdoor space with our recent project in Sunderland, where we transformed an old, narrow concrete driveway into a spacious and stylish Resin Bound Driveway. The original driveway was showing signs of wear and tear, and its limited width posed challenges for vehicle access. To address these issues, we excavated and extended the driveway, creating a more functional and visually appealing outdoor area.

The renovation process began with the excavation of the existing concrete driveway to make way for the extension. We then installed a new sub-base to provide a stable foundation for the driveway extension, ensuring long-lasting durability and structural integrity. Next, we applied a permeable tarmac base coat, which allows for effective water drainage and reduces the risk of surface water buildup.

For the finishing touch, we applied Daltex gun metal grey UV-resistant resin bound, a premium-quality material known for its durability and aesthetic appeal. The gun metal grey colour adds a modern and sophisticated touch to the driveway, enhancing the overall appearance of the outdoor space.
