Transforming the curb appeal of a property in Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, our recent project involved the extension of an old single-car block paved driveway to accommodate more off-street parking. With meticulous planning and execution, we revitalised the outdoor space, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

The renovation process began with the excavation of the designated area to create space for the driveway extension. A new sub-base was installed to provide a stable foundation for the driveway, ensuring durability and longevity. To facilitate effective water drainage and reduce surface water runoff, we applied a permeable tarmac base coat, promoting sustainability and eco-friendliness.

For the final touch, we applied Daltex Moonshadow UV resistant resin, a premium-quality material known for its durability and resistance to UV degradation. The Moonshadow resin adds a touch of elegance to the driveway, with its subtle hue complementing the surrounding landscape and architecture.
