Our recent project in Whitley Bay involved the transformation of an old, cracked, and uneven concrete driveway into a smooth, durable, and visually stunning Resin Bound Driveway. At W Miller & Sons, we specialise in revitalising tired driveways, and this project exemplifies our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The renovation process began with the excavation of the old driveway to remove the cracked and uneven concrete surface. We then installed a new sub-base to provide a stable foundation for the driveway, ensuring long-lasting durability and structural integrity.

Next, we applied a permeable tarmac surface, which allows for effective water drainage and reduces the risk of surface water buildup. This eco-friendly solution helps to mitigate flooding and water runoff, contributing to a more sustainable outdoor environment.

To complete the transformation, we applied Daltex Steel Blue UV Resin Bound, a premium-quality resin that not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the driveway but also provides exceptional durability and resistance to UV degradation. The steel blue colour adds a modern and sophisticated touch to the outdoor space, complementing the surrounding landscape and architecture.
